Went to your offices to pick out seats and colors. Spent about an hour with your front desk guy who is in a wheelchair. He had a hard time maneuvering thru the show room to get the color samples. Order the seats with blue piping and heaters. When the seats arrive I go pick up the seats, as I was finishing paying for the balance the seats were put into the back of my truck. As I was leaving I noticed the grey piping, not blue on the seats. Go back into office and to talk to the same guy I order the seats from and he didn’t remember me picking out the blue piping. He said he could try to get it corrected but he told me Triple X seats were were way behind and could be 2-3 months before getting seats. Ended up taking the seats and installing them by another company closer to where I live. After installing them the heaters don’t work very good. Called back down to TMW told them the situation and was told they could not do anything because they didn’t install the seats.
Just a bad experience all around. I just bought seats from TMW and didn’t have everything done by TMW, cage, suspension, A arms, stereo, doors and lights. Didn’t seem to concerned with me, I guess you guys pay more attention to full builds. Hope you treat them better.
